with Monica Climaco

In this session, we will be experimenting with a few activities at varying speeds in gentle and infinitesimally incremental ways. Doing so will allow us to cultivate trust with our somas as we move towards change.

Together, we’ll also explore and unpack our perceptions of and relationships with time, urgency, and slowness. With our practice and discussion, we can begin to expand our imaginations and capacities for what is possible and necessary for our growth and healing.

The intention for this practice is to fortify us as we continue to mobilize for the liberation of all peoples, and strengthen our ability to sit with the discomfort of transformation.

Liberation in Iterations

Donations-based drop in space for anyone who wants to engage in a consistent practice and develop the relationship to their nervous system and spiritual embodiment inside of liberatory work.

Each session, a different topic and practice will be explored in depth, with a rotating schedule of practitioners and educators.

The experiences of QTBIPOC will be prioritized in this space. White and white-passing, as well as those with majority white ancestry are asked to participate in a learning capacity and will be prompted for shares when appropriate.

Donations are highly encouraged to support facilitator compensation and school operations. You will be prompted to make your donation upon registration.
