Sacred Doses is an interactive and experiential discussion designed to introduce you to the practice of microdosing psilocybin mushrooms. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and modern science, facilitator Samantha Magnolia will guide you through the fundamentals of microdosing as a path to healing, embodiment, and conscious co-creation with self, community, spirit, and the natural/supernatural world.

What we'll explore together:

  • Microdosing 101. What it is, how it works, and how to find your ideal dose and protocol.
  • The History & Science of Psilocybin. From ancient traditions to modern neuroscience.
  • The Role of Intention, Ritual & Ancestral Connection in microdosing practices.
  • Practical Guidance. How to prepare, track, and integrate your microdosing journey.
  • Set & Setting. Creating a supportive environment for before, during, and after microdosing.
  • Embodied Integration. Somatic and spiritual practices to deepen your experience.
