Spiritual Somatics

Spiritual Somatics is a gentle introduction to the practice of somatics that supports us in embodying more presence, capacity and connection by resourcing with nature and our ancestors. Our communities have been practicing spiritual somatics for generations, and this workshop will be a space to remember and reconnect with what our bodies and spirit have known for generations.

Whether you are new to somatics or have been practicing already, this experience will be a space for you to embody more love and connection with others, explore foundational somatic practices, share your struggles and receive support, and develop more capacity for the challenges we are facing in our community. There will be a communal altar to nature and the elements as well.

A recording will be available for everyone who registers, so you can engage with the material and practice at your own pace again and again, and/or if you cannot attend live.

Spiritual Somatics is donation-based, on a name-your-price scale, with a minimum contribution of $15. If you have the capacity to offer more, we invite you to do so. Your contribution sustains the operations of the school, compensates the educators, and opens up access for folks in our community.
