Centered Integrity is an exploration of relational right distance and the dismantling of victim/savior dynamics. We will discuss the energetics of vertical alignment as an embodiment of rooted self-worth, and how the spectrum of self-abandonment and relational neglect are reflections of imprinted attachment and enmeshment. This will be a gentle, loving and consensual space to explore our capacity to care for ourselves and each other.

A recording will be available for everyone who registers, so you can engage with the material and practice at your own pace again and again, and/or if you cannot attend live.

Centered Integrity is set on a name-your-price scale, with a minimum of $22. If you have the capacity to offer more, we invite you to do so. Your contribution sustains the operations of the school, compensates the educators, and opens up access for folks in our community.
